Since the tragic death of my husband, music has become an essential, daily therapy.  Grief and suffering crave an answer as well as a release.  I have found that music serves both of these purposes for me.

Some days are much too difficult for words.  On those days, I sit at my piano and I play a long while.  As the music embraces me, my troubled soul is soothed and I am nourished with renewed faith, hope, and courage.  Here I gather the necessary strength to “hold on” and “press on”.

Through sharing the music that has helped me, I hope that those in distress will find a measure of peace and comfort … that those who are weary will be lifted up … and that all will feel strengthened as they brave their own difficult days.
